Jessica has a Master’s from the University of Denver in International and Intercultural Communications and a Bachelor’s from the University of Pittsburgh in Creative Writing and Art History. Before transitioning to writing in the health sciences and tech space nearly a decade ago, she developed international professional exchange programs for emerging leaders sponsored by the U.S. Department of State. A lifelong learner, Jessica enjoys working with subject matter experts to turn course material and anecdotes alike into impactful learning content.
